I have worked with Hollingsworth to sell a property in the Bronx. In this down market Hollingsworth did an excellent job in constantly getting the house viewed by potential buyers and getting reasonable offers. He went above and beyond because I am a "absentee" seller (I live in a different state). Also, he is extremely trustworthy and diligent in all of the financial matters concerning this transaction. Finally, he recommended great resources (lawyer, home stagers, etc.). If had other properties to sell/buy, he would definitely be my real estate agent!
