I had an apartment that I knew was a bad time of year for me personally, I just had a lot of personal things to deal with and I just needed someone to kind of take the reins on getting me some tenants. My broker was really knowledgeable. There were a lot of things he taught me that I didn’t know about and helped me along the way. Gave me a lot of feedback which was also useful. Sometimes you’re a landlord and you think you know…”oh yea this apartment looks great” and he’s like , no fix that, change that, clean that. So those things really, I think made a difference and as I said, I don’t know if I would have gotten it rented in the time that he did. As I said, just really helpful, very consistent, always bringing people in and also open to feedback to. When I didn’t like a tenant, he would understand why and make adjustments.
