There are a couple of things I really like about what my broker did for me. First, he set up a virtual tour which makes my property stand out among the rest. I really like it. Another thing is my broker really put in a lot of effort. He like did open houses. He gave advises to make it sell more quickly. And he also, like, bringing potential buyers. And we ended up having a buyer that he bring in which is really great. And he follow up, like, in time on all the stuff along the way. He was quick in response and to I mean, he just did the job right. That's what I really like about him. And, yeah, I think that's what I like about him.
