[Video] Well, first of all, I will begin at the end. I'm sitting in my brand new home in my home office because my broker was absolutely fantastic. He came in the most professional manner, sat my wife and I down, explain the process, how it goes, how your home should look if you want to sell your home. And he gave me pointers I thought I knew a lot. After speaking with him I found out I knew very little. And to this day if I didn't have Hollingsworth as my broker, I'd probably still be sitting in that house waiting for someone to purchase it. Soup to nuts. Like I said. He came in, showed us what to do, how to do it, how to frame it. The pictures made my house look better than I ever thought it looked. I kept looking at the pictures because I couldn't believe it was my house. And then basically he brought the energy and people felt that my house was on the market for 14 hours and I had two offers to purchase it. It was sold months later because of the people that were involved. Nothing that had to do with the broker itself. So kudos to Hollingsworth and his team. Professional but most of all successful, sold our house because of Hollingsworth Exceptionally and gratefully thankful. That's why I'm sitting in my new house right now.
