Ayana Barber

Ayana Barber brings her experience as a Critical Care Nurse and a Real Estate Investor to Hollingsworth Real Estate Group. Prior to joining the Hollingsworth Team, she was a patient advocate and worked toward saving lives on a daily basis. As a Nurse, she learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong proponent for all her patients.  In addition, as a Real Estate Investor, Ayana is laser focused on finding and executing win-win deals.

As your Realtor, Ayana will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, she will work with you to get you the best price, in the least amount of time, by using state-of-the-art technology, team collaboration, Hollingsworth’s superior marketing materials and some proven investor strategies. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the strongest possible negotiating position, with access to the best market data and other lesser-known information.

Ayana understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a Realtor, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through constant communication and by offering each client access to her personal real estate investing team, which includes experts from each area of the purchasing/selling process.

Ayana has been a Westchester resident for over 20 years and currently controls over a million dollars in real estate. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in New York, as well as the advantages offered by the Borough’s hidden gems.

When not assisting clients, Ayana enjoys spending time with her husband and their family, entertaining their friends, playing cash flow, painting and designing show stopping kitchens.
