[Video] Hollingsworth did an incredible job talking us through all the steps that we would have to go through in order to sell our co op, which is not such an easy thing to do. Uh, he made a beautiful listing with, uh, excellent photographs and uh, rich content. 360 tour, uh, organized, uh, an open house that went smoothly and found a buyer for us on the first weekend that we showed the house.

So hard to, hard to beat that early, grateful that Ray walked us through the whole process really clearly in selling a home as a very emotional thing. And he made us feel excited about it and feel clear about our choice. And, uh, we're just really grateful for all of the, uh, investment he's put into making sure that we have a wonderful new occupant for our home.
