Our broker is very helpful in answering all the questions that we had.  He showed us the house a couple of times. He didn't complain much about having to come out. Even one day when it was ice cold, we were skating our way up the steps. He came out and he was a good sport about it. Early in the morning, 09:00 a.m. On a Saturday. So we really appreciate that. So all the questions we had, he answered very helpful. I would highly recommend.
