[Video] It's the process. The process. Going into the processes It was kind of unexpected of what to expect. But actually, my broker, he was real patient with me. He took his best time. I mean, me being cautious of the things I went through, the past. I had a lot of expectations. And I think he was patient with me because I can be kind of demanding at times. He never lost his cool and he helped me get the place for it. He helped me get the place rented. He got me through when I thought it was going to be a rush process.

He said, no, we're going to close this thing out. And that's what he did!
