I thought he was just gonna leave us because of how much we were asking him to do. And he always consistently showed up every single time and anytime we had to deal with.

Crazy people. He was always, uh, a good voice of reason to find a good negotiating tactics and tell us when we're opening up a can of worms and what is suitable or not suitable. So, uh, he really helped guide us and really just showing up on time consistently for so many months. Um, it was really great.
