To summarize, my broker allowed me to pretty much understand the market ...the different ways the market works. Something that I really got out of this experience that was very remarkable for me is that you can always change the unit, you get. You cannot change the neighborhood where your unit is located. Furthermore, I really appreciate how my realtor allowed me to actually talk to him about many things. I made different calls, at different times, I debated. But at the end of the day the good thing is that I was educated on how to make a decision that worked better for my own interest. My realtor was also willing to give me the best choices that I had and pus them vis a vis. But at the end of the day, it was my decision, so I feel that he assisted me in allowing me to own the property that I actually bought.
[Would you recommend Hollingsworth?] With out I doubt, in fact I actually have done it a few times. By the way, If you have any questions about real estate, getting a new property or just getting educated about it… Ask Hollingsworth about real estate.
